Customer management


Achieve related categories performance of our customers, via category business planning, promotion arrangement and implementation and ect.
Effectively manage resource and maximize mutual benefits for both key customer and NtaiFitness to deliver joint business targets.
Manage the business relationship and long term partnership with key customer.
Ensure flawless innovation and activity implementation in key customer.
Be responsible to develop customer and shopper centric plans through good cooperation with internal cross functional teams
Understand Consumers, Customers and Channels in the geography
Coordinate the training of the distributor teams to bridge capability / process gaps
Overseas customers daily maintenance, etc.
Measure, track and report customer performance and ensure real time correction plans are put in place to ensure achievement of agreed Objectives.

Sales Operations Management


Make marketing plans and accomplish sales target;
Ensure proper planning, tracking and review of customer order
Ensure submission of Monthly Principal Report
Sales Report – Daily / Weekly / Monthly
Ensure proper tracking of trading terms / promotion budget vs actual


Conduct sales calls with the intention of driving revenue as per budgets. Create and offer proposals to clients as per rate guidelines and contracts to achieve budgeted market segmentation results. Effectively close a sale or negotiation with a company or an individual using all selling tools and skills available and involve GSO when required in order to do so. Conduct site inspections for clients and business partners with the intention of highlighting the key and unique selling points of the property in order to drive sales.


who are you

Great passion for Fitness industry;
At least 1-3 years related online key customer or international key customer management experiences;
Good understanding of Channel and Leading online & offline retailer customers;
Distributor management experiences and good negotiation skill are preferred;
Majored in English, Marketing, International Trade or relevant fields, Bachelor degree or above;
Good communication, negotiation skills, strong sales and marketing ability;
Excellent verbal and written English language skills
Excellent inter-personal skills and team working spirit.
Team spirit, easy-going and flexible. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
An education qualification in international trade would be ideal.
Basic knowledge of revenue management or pricing will also be a distinct advantage, but not necessary.
Knowledge of NtaiFitness would be a distinct advantage
Solid working knowledge of MS office applications- mostly Word, Excel and Outlook
Attention to the details. & ability to draw upon conclusions, identify key issues
Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills
Passion for growth, result oriented
Multi-tasking abilities
Ability to operate on a cross-national scale and develop remote management skills
Ability to seize the big picture and to deep dive into details when necessary
Ability to stick to the role as outlined and not to be dispersed by non core local activities
Self confident and Integrity are a must, as the difficulties of the job will test incumbents regularly on their values and they will be often carrying difficult messages to their business partners and key customers.
